1. Do you have the ability to supply Male and female staffing on all holidays?
2. Have you got the required experience and training to ensure the passenger have a safe and fun filled holiday?
3. Are they a Licensed Travel Agent and Accredited Tour operator?
4. Do you have public liability insurance?
5. Are you a certified tourism business?
6. Do you have vehicle monitoring system on your vehicle to comply with state regulations?
7. Is your coach accredited with the Department of Infrastructure and does it have safety checks every 10,000kms or 3 months?
8. Does your coach have effective communications in case of emergency?
9. Do your staff have a minimum of level 2 first aid?
10. Is your vehicle fitted with seatbelts?
11. Can you be contacted 24 hours a day?
